KMF Camping offers a unique and peaceful camping experience in the picturesque Northumberland countryside. Nestled in the region's heart, the campsite is surrounded by the stunning natural landscape, offering a memorable escape in the dark skies area. Here, you can witness the mesmerising spectacle of the night sky and may even witness the phenomenon of the Northern Lights. Be sure to bring your camera and binoculars!

Situated on the Kirkharle Estate, the campsite is just a five-minute walk from Kirkharle Courtyard with its newly opened branch of the famous Running Fox Café, and variety of artisan shops. This convenient location allows you to enjoy a rural camping adventure while still having access to a nearby café for a sumptuous treat.

The campsite features generously sized pitches, affording ample space for relaxation and enjoyment amidst the peaceful surroundings. Guests are welcome to bring barbecues, provided they are elevated off the ground, or opt to hire a fire pit upon arrival.

Enjoy the tranquil surroundings as you wake up to the melodious chirping of birds and the gentle rustling of leaves and say good morning to our new resident alpacas and sheep! Our campsite is a haven for wildlife enthusiasts, where you can spot a variety of native species in their natural habitat. From majestic deer roaming gracefully to the elusive and endangered red squirrel, every moment here is a chance to witness the wonders of the natural world.

We are dedicated to ensuring our campsite is fully inclusive and accessible to everyone. We have a custom-made, accessible compost toilet and have built new, fully accessible showers. This area also includes washing up facilities.
