Cranley Barn Camping

Nestled in the centre of our farm, you will find six tent pitches positioned beside the disused Buckingham branch of the Grand Union Canal and only a short walk across the fields from the Great River Ouse. We are a haven for wildlife. Our own farm animals, including a herd of English Longhorn cows and their calves can be seen, along with chickens, Jacob sheep and lambs.

Located on the Northamptonshire/Buckinghamshire border, you will find lots to do locally. We are five minutes from the busy market towns of Buckingham and Stony Stratford and 20 minutes from the centre of Milton Keynes.

Now in our second season, we have changed our site to include two large family pitches, perfect for a couple of families to pitch together and enjoy some time around a shared campfire but large enough to have your own space for tents. Positioned either end of the site, one offers seclusion whilst the other offers easy access to water and the main entrance so those little legs don't get too tired.

Facilities include a central hub of shared composting toilets, hot LPG showers, wash area and recycling points. The Great Ouse River and the Ouse Valley Way footpath are accessible across our farmland, and The White Lion at Wicken is a 40 minute walk via footpaths.

Farm produce is available to purchase during your stay including fresh eggs, honey, rare breed meat, homemade cakes and bread rolls - perfect for those cook ups on the campfire.
