South Hoggs Hideaway

Situated in Devon and just 10 minutes from Cornwall, South Hoggs Hideaway is the perfect location for you to see the best of both counties!

In the local town you will find pubs, eateries, supermarkets, independent shops, butchers and a chemist etc. If you venture to the seaside town of Bude (15 minutes by car, or there is a regular bus), there are many fantastic restaurants, independent shops, the famous sea pool, cinema and castle offering stunning sea views.

South Hoggs Hideaway has five spacious camping pitches and two campervan pitches. Each large pitch has its own campfire and seating area.

On site, we have two compost toilets, one boys urinal loo (for big and little boys) and two showers with hot water. There are also two wash up/kitchen areas with hot water. In the old stable (250m up the track) you will also find a flushing toilet and kitchen area with a shared fridge and freezer, along with a charging area for mobiles. There is a recreation area for children to play and a separate exercise area for dogs to enjoy too.

Here at South Hoggs we are lucky enough to have resident beavers by the lake. let us know if you manage to catch a glimpse.
