Our mission is to provide a beautiful, peaceful space for you to enjoy this wonderful area of Exmoor National Park. We believe that spending time in nature enhances mental and physical health and wellbeing - an opportunity to reset, relax and connect with the natural world. Well behaved dogs are welcome.
We offer fifteen spacious pitches in a nine acre field, for tents and campervans. There are basic facilities, with warm showers, flushing and compost toilets and a washing up area. Low-level solar and battery lighting is available, but there is no electricity on site, in this breathtaking Exmoor Dark Sky Reserve.
Nestling adjacent to over 5,000 acres of Dunkery Commons wilderness and beautiful countryside and coast, there's outstanding accessibility in all directions. Spectacular scenery, pretty local villages and hamlets (including Luccombe, Horner, Selworthy, Allerford, Bossington and Wootton Courtenay) and with Porlock and Minehead just a 3 mile drive.
The farm and surrounding area are included in the National Trust Holnicote Estate's Landscape Recovery Scheme, where we're working to evolve the wildlife corridors and habitat and create wildflower and herbal areas, wood pasture and wetlands.
Along with myriad wildlife, including red deer, birds of prey, beavers and water voles, this farm is home to a large Exmoor pony conservation herd, and there are opportunities to join workshops to 'Connect With Exmoor Ponies & Yourself' (one of the English National Park Experiences) with host and author Dawn Westcott, author of Wild Pony Whispering.
If you're looking to de-stress and rebalance, challenge your fitness in the dramatic Exmoor terrain, meander through forests and river valleys, explore delightful villages and the coast, relax by the firepit and gaze at the stars - this is the place to pitch, in peace and quiet with stunning views.
