About Mill Haven Place

Mill Haven Place offers a small, tranquil setting just a stones throw away from the picturesque fishing village of Little Haven and the renowned Skomer Island. Here you can walk amongst the largest breeding colony of puffins in southern Britain and see an array of other seabirds, dolphins and seals.

The campsite offers a range of unique camping and glamping options, ranging from cosy yurts, with their own fully equipped camp kitchens, a Gypsy wagon and a vintage caravan.

If you'd rather camp, there is the choice of bringing your own tent and pitching up or hire one of three, pre-erected lotus bell tents, complete with their own double bed.

The site is spread across three small fields consisting of grass areas for children to play and young trees forming small wooded areas, giving a sense of spaciousness but also seclusion to each glamping unit.

All the camping and glamping pitches come with their own campfire and picnic table.

The site is just 15 minutes walk to the cove of Mill Haven, where you'll meet the coastal path and is a great place to watch the last glimmer of the setting sun over the horizon.

The site has its own borehole for water and encourages all guests to engage with nature, breathe and relax.

Worth noting

  • Two showers, a family shower room, six flushing toilets as well as one compost loo for those who want to give something back! In addition, each yurt and pitch has a campfire (lots of wood for sale on site), a campfire and a picnic table.
